ABOUT ME

I'm kind, warm hearted, geniune, funny, sweet, can be shy at first, will most often tell it like it is which can get me into trouble at times, if I get comfortable enough I can get sarcastic!

I am a medical herbalist. I love plants, people and medicine. I enjoy what I do on a daily basis and so I feel incredibly fortunate and blessed to be able to do just that.

I love travelling, seeing new places, meeting people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hawai'i was my first couchsurfing experience and I couldn't have been happier with it. I met some incredible people, made some great friends, had some amazing adventures and experiences.

I love being outdoors. I enjoy walking & hiking, foraging, making herbal medicines, creating new herbal products, yoga, hot yoga, cooking, reading a good book, scuba diving, travelling & couchsurfing. My new favourite thing to do is lying in the shade on a beach, listening to the waves.

I love what I do professionally and so it often overlaps with who I am.

Drove under a very vivid rainbow in Hawai'i. It was incredibly magical.

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

I'd love to learn wilderness skills. Learn to sky dive. Learn to dive, as in diving into a pool, not scuba diving, I already do that! Basket weaving, permaculture, horseback riding are all things I'd like to learn and/or expand on.

I can offer to teach about herbal medicine, nutrition, harvesting medicinal plants, cooking deliciously healthy meals and how to enjoy life! :-)
