Présentation
À propos de moi
Hi, I’m Anya! I’m from the U.S. (Pennsylvania but right now making my home in Houston, Texas). I really love hearing people’s stories and connecting with people from everywhere, so I suppose that’s why I’m here :)
I enjoy learning new things and am always interested in hearing what others know and think. The more that I travel, the more I start to realize I know nothing.
As for hobbies/interests, well of course traveling, but that’s everybody here. I really like walking around cities until my legs hurt. I like motorcycles and drawing. Lately I’ve been learning figure skating (turns out it’s never too late.) I’m also studying Spanish (but would kinda like to learn a bit of French and Arabic as well). Besides that, I like jigsaw puzzles, basketball, and historical YouTube videos that I’ll forget in a week’s time.
Also I really like talking about different foods around the world and what the best dishes are. It seems to come up a lot in conversation when I’m around so it feels extra necessary to share this tidbit.
I guess interests doesn’t say much about a person, but if you like any of these things, then it would be great to connect over. And if not, hearing the different things people are passionate about is also an interest of mine :)
I just want to have a memorable life meeting good people and having lots of adventures.
**Also, I feel like I shouldn’t have to say this, but I’m not using CS to date or hook up.**

Morceaux de musique, films et livres
I like most types of music. I’m too restless to sit still for movies. I like fictional books as long as it’s not dark or morbid 😅
Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue
It’s been 2.5 years of solo traveling “the world.” Well it turns out the world is really big haha, but I’m so grateful I’ve had the opportunity to experience so many different places and cultures and to meet so many wonderful people 🙏
Is this amazing? I lived in Vietnam and taught English there some time ago. I was very immersed in the culture for a long time and still consider Saigon my second home ❤️
Enseignez, apprenez, partagez
Hmm I don’t know if I’m skilled enough to teach anything. Perhaps I can teach you to hand whistle if you’re interested.
Also, if you want to improve your English, I’m absolutely happy to help!
Ce que j'aimerais partager avec mes hôtes
Happy to pick up groceries if you need or attempt to cook something (maybe basic 😅)
