Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to meet locals who can point me in the right direction and show me their version of their hometown. I’m not into tourist groups or just seeing the most iconic places, I also want to experience what the locals have. I always want to meet artistic people too!

Music-anything that sounds good to me really, any genre will do, I tend to prefer more chilled out funky, soul, reggae type beats.
Movies- high concept, I love most genres (sci fi and horror being my favs), but I prefer if they have a very unusual story or surreal visual style.
Books- I read a lot of Spy and Crime thrillers, especially if it has to do with the Cold War
