About Me

I’m a visual artist living and working in Los Angeles, my favorite city!

Here is where you can find much of my work: www.anyawild.com

I am a lifelong observer of human nature and behavior. I love treebathing, hot springs and hikes with vistas. I also enjoy a good dance party and often get down with the bass of the universal heartbeat.

PHILOSOPHY

the universe will make it happen if you want it bad enough

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

i surf, i host, i tell all my friends about the project and offer my experiences on a platter to anyone who wishes to exchange travel stories and apocalyptic strategies.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted people in Minneapolis, San Francisco and Bratislava and it is always great to have a fresh pair of eyes looking at the city with me.

I did more surfing than hosting in Europe and I have to say, it was always the best part of the trip to be able to come home to locals and talk about what I saw that day and their life in the city and comparing our respective countries, etc etc. I am really grateful I got the chance to see the tourist cities from a home perspective.

Interests

putting things together, riding on tandems, public transportation, people watching, music shows and dancing, making crepes with nutella and bananas, picking berries, taking pictures, printmaking, discovering hidden passageways, talking about intensely personal issues, life and survival philosophies, plants and animals
