About Me

CURRENT MISSION

learn new things and develop/ change myself.

ABOUT ME

well I'm new to CS. I think the three words that describe me the best are good listener, curious, sarcastic. Whilst I am neither Brockhaus nor Efron, I am able to maintain a conversation on quite a wide range of topics (though there are areas where I am embarassingly ignorant, such as cinematograph, for instance). I think I have a good sense of humour, and in any case a very specific one. It's not rare that seeing the faces of people around me I feel I must say "IT WAS A JOKE" - this happens often with foreigners and almost never with Russians, so let's call it "national specific".

PHILOSOPHY

From a certain point, there is no more turning back. That is the point that must be reached

Music, Movies, and Books

I love reading different kinds of books(that depends on my mood - classical, historical, educational, fantasy and science fiction). My favorite writers are Stefan Zweig, E.M. Remarque, Oscar Wilde, F. Dostojevski and many others.
My music choice also depends on my mood and situation - it can be rock or pop but one of my favorites is Irish folk music. It is vivid and beautiful - just listen to it!!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Three times in my life I participated in volunteer projects, doing some social work with kindergarten kids in Germany, planting trees and digging the garden in Iceland, building bridges and splitting logs in Austrian Alps. The most amazing thing which I ever seen in my life is Lake Baikal in Eastern Siberia!!!

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: Hm, languages and linguistics I suppose. And vegetarian cooking. How to imitate various accents.
Learn: Polish or Czech. Very beautiful languages!
Share: Everything. Nothing material that could not be replaced. Woop! Okay, maybe don´t take my laptop :-D
