About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Find bits of myself in people that are nothing like me. Or alot like me.

ABOUT ME

I am sassy, classy and a little brassy. And I like bacon.

PHILOSOPHY

Share your stuff. Admit you fucked up when you fuck up, even on little stuff, if you can manage. Be silly. (it leads to laughter, love and memories) Put yourself out there. Never grow too old to listen to music and/or dance. Advance culture, don't regurgitate the same old shit if you are an artist. Be different only if you truly are. Don't let yourself be sold to you. Be punk at 80.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

An open ear, a bar of soap and a gnarly, surprisingly comfortable s-shaped couch. It's not orange.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Golly, I don't know if I can even talk about all the awesomeness that has transpired in my living room. A good record collection, cozy environs and a fantastic listener and orator (that'd be me) have padded the trips of the weariest bands, troubadours, transients, wanderers, hobos, and pilgrims. I relish and appreciate every person that I connect with. Couchsurfers are great because we err on respecting and liking someone, accepting them on face value because we are gonna be letting them in our life and vise-versa. In real life, a good majority of people that you are newly introduced to do not take this approach.

Interests

Dressing up and and getting down. Cooking dope food for everyone and then talking about it with a mouthful of it in my mouth simultaneously. Bike riding any time of the day on any kind of bike. Riding with you is even better. And going on a beer/wine run is better still. And then letting me cream you at Scrabble would be the penultimate gesture of kindness on your part.

Music, Movies, and Books

Ahhh...I'll tell you later. Would it be weird if I said its too political?

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

From riding a bike down an endless gravel road with a beer buzz at summers peak in my home state to out and out scandalous partying in New York city with naked burlesque dancers to being alone in a room with Ozzy Osbourne, trying to understand what the hell he is saying to me. Most of all, I've had the pleasure watching an impersonal glance turn to a warm gaze on the face of newly appointed friends. Things I've done and seen should be enough but I want more. Give me more. Show yourself to me.
