Hi I'm Abdalla,
I'm from Wadi Rum. For a living I work with tourism and make hiking and jeep tours to show people the desert and take them to our camp Wadi Rum Bedouins Sunset, were they can choose to sleep under the stars or inside the tents.
I'm on Couchsurfing because for me being happy, respect and meet new people is the essence of Wadi Rum and true bedoin hospitality.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I propose to host couchsurfers in my camp for free to discover the bedouin life and the beautiful area of wadi rum.
I propose also to some people to stay here as a volunteer if they want.

We offer a variety of adventures to suit your different tastes and also offer the possibility to create an individualised itinerary that meets your specific needs. For maximum enjoyment all our tours are private – each group goes on a separate adventure only meeting back at camp to share food and memories. We have different jeep adventures, camel rides, and a variety of hiking and walking trips. In case you just can’t decide which tour you want to do, we offer a combined version. At the beginning of your Wadi Rum experience you will be welcomed at the Wadi Rum Visitor Centre by one of our highly experienced local Bedouin guide from Wadi Rum desert. After each excursion, we spend the night at our traditional camp drinking sweet tea, eating Bedouin food and sharing stories around the fire. From the camp you have the perfect view to see the sunset behind the mountains. We offer the choice of sleeping in one of your private tents or outside under the stars.
