My name is Aoi.
I am french speaker Japanese girl who live in Kyoto now.
My passion is traveling, meeting people and writing it as essays.
And I really love coffee and tea :)

I lived in France from 2011 to 2014 in Aix-en-Provence and Lille.
During my days in France I traveled many cities in France and Europe with Couch Surfing.
I met many nice people and I keeping touch in contact with some of them, and it helped me to progress my french.

Now I backed in Japan and work as interpreter French-Japanese in kyoto.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Geographically, Japan is a isolated country because of the sea.
So I am always interested in over the sea since I was child.
How people in different cultures live there ?
Couch surfing is one of the best way to satisfy my curiosity.

Not just touristic traveling, I like meet local people when I visit a city.
