ABOUT ME

I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and have lived in different regions of the U.S. The world of traveling opened to me when I did study abroad programs in Beijing and Amsterdam. Ever since then, I haven't been able to stop traveling!

My other passions include going on food adventures, creating art, joining drum circles, going out dancing, exploring music, and learning different languages. I have a background in product design, IT consulting, holistic health, and chocolatier. I currently work as a cardiology registered nurse and volunteer at a performance arts venue and with a refugee resettlement organization. One of my dreams is to get involved in disaster and humanitarian relief efforts as a clinical nurse.

Couchsurfed in India, Mexico, Montreal, and some cities of the U.S. ... all were such great experiences! Once I get a place with enough space for a guest, I'd be psyched to start hosting!

Muzyka, filmy i książki

Open to all sorts of music (ok, maybe not too much country) and my favorite is electronic, soul, and world music. I think almost anything sounds good with a bit of jazz and downtempo beats. Trained classically on the piano and I super excited when I see a drum circle. Recently bought a record player and spending time exploring record shops. I appreciate documentaries and really dig foreign films (it's gotta have subtitles, because that's how I learn my foreign languages).
