About Me

I’m a friendly Indian Tasmanian with a sparkly energetic soul. My nickname is ‘Spark’ and I love making new connections with authentic people, travel to exotic places, delicious wholesome foods, yoga, dancing, skiing, Bush walking and nature, and spontaneous new adventures!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to expand my global networks and connect with & learn from interesting people doing their best to make this world a better place. When I visit a new place it’s hanging out/staying with locals and learning how they live that interests me way more than seeing the tourist sites. I have been generously hosted by amazing friends I’ve met all over the world and would like to pay this forward by hosting more also

Music, Movies, and Books

Michael Franti & spearhead always lifts me. Cinema Paridiso is an old foreign favourite movie that always touches my heart. Reading the Omnivore’s Dilemma by Michael Polan fascinated me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Most recently I did a week retreat in Tassie completing my ISTA Level 1, it was an amazing journey into myself, conscious relating and so much more.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to teach and inspire others to prepare their own Wholefood meals from scratch that are nutrient-dense, nourishing yet delicious, and minimise the need to eat out or use packaged mass produced foods with additives and chemicals.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Delicious cooking, naturopathic and lifestyle advice, interesting conversation, my zest for living life to the fullest, my optimistic outlook on life and living it with intention and collective purpose.
