About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Enjoy the two best things in life: Good Friends and Good Food
ABOUT ME
Im an avid adventurer, who enjoys getting out and living and appreciating the higher things in life: friends, travels, education, and a good glass of cognac. Ive been living just outside of the black forest in Freiburg, Germany almost 11 months as of July and am going back to the states at the end of August'12 to pursue a career as a biochemistry professor.
I'm the youngest of three brothers and have had to do battle against nicknames such as Trashbaby, Sugarbaby, and Sugarbeast my whole life. Little did they know that were shaping me into a fun-loving & confident individual :)
My travels have taken me throughout europe and beyond; and the people I've met have been from all walks of life; a passionate bird-watching roommate, a group of lovely, yet impulsive photographers from London, a banana beer-drinking rastafarian in Berlin, Bulgarian ship captain in Gran Canaria; however, I would enjoy seeing the northern states of Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Denmark and meeting people there before journeying back.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My roommates and I hosted an Australian a month back, and while enjoying a beer or two with him one on one in a local beer garden in Freiburg we quickly were able to break down barriers and become fast friends. I wish he had stayed longer.
Interests
I love the art of conversation, meeting new people and discovering new ways to see the world. I love to cook and experiment with new recipes, I love to teach and simplify the material to help everyone understand, I love to travel, experience new cultures, and finally every single bakery item

Music, Movies, and Books
My favorite tv show in the moment is the US series Modern Family. Give it a try if you haven't yet!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've been to 46 of the 50 states in the USA, I broke the stereotype in the US and learned a foreign language, which I am now fluent in, I studied abroad in the Black Forest for a year, and through many good friends and family I discovered who I am as a person
