Dlaczego jestem na Couchsurfing

I love to travel; it is how I've learned almost all the big lessons in my life. There's nothing better and more educational than sharing time and space with local residents, which is why I've typically opted to seek out hostels, or other spaces with a community feeling.

Specifically, I'm joining the site now in order to stand with activists at the Homestead detention center, because I'm unable to travel from my home in Fort Lauderdale to Homestead every day.

I love almost all types of music, except for heavy metal, or gospel. My favorite genre is probably called indie, alternative, hipster. Favorite artist of all time: Tori Amos. Will sing along (happily and badly) with anything by Jason Mraz, Fall Out Boy and Panic! at the Disco.

My favorite authors include Toni Morrison, Joseph Campbell, bell hooks, Tolkien and Dostoevsky.
