ABOUT ME

I'm a Spanish girl moving to Valencia (California) to Study an MFA at CalArts. I currently work as a journalist in Spain but I will be studying Animation. I intend to visit first Chicago with the only company of my camera and my ukelele. Recently I was living in a co-op in Santa Cruz, California while I studied Film at UCSC.

PHILOSOPHY

In life we have friends, lovers, but also outstanding people that we meet once and change our lives forever. That is what Albert Espinosa calles the "yellow" people, and I feel I can find a bunch of those travelling.

I'm looking for couches now, but will love to open myself to hosting once I have I place to live.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Just spent a wonderful night at Animal House in Asheville. I'm glad to have lost my couch surf virginity with Hannah, Jojo and Cait. I loved Asheville. Love, love, love it! I've also been in Coyahique (Chile) and had an awesome experience in a couch!

兴趣

Drawing, animation, filmmaking, cinema. Hate TV though. I'm starting to lear how to garden. One of my favorite places in Madrid is an old cinema (Dore) where I spend most of my time. In Santa Cruz I try to be a regular at Del Mar Theatre midnight shows. Also climbing trees... oh god I really miss climbing trees..

I also do a little origami. I'm all over small paper figures. The smaller the better.

For a long time, If I had to pick a city, I would always say Berlin. Berlin will always be in my heart, but now Asheville and Santa Cruz are kicking in.
