About Me

I am a fun, adventurous, world-traveler that loves to connect with all types of people/cultures, nature, and experiences!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have stayed with several members of the couch surfing community near the ski mountains in Colorado. I have also gone to many CS parties. I love how outgoing and creative this group is; there never seems to be a dull moment...pleasure in the trivial... :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I am a book nerd. Authors: Edward Abbey, Vonnegut, Potts, Victor Frankl, Scott Peck, Che Guevara, Eckhart Tolle, Jill Bolte Taylor, Tom Robbins, Bill Bryson. I love almost all music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Being integrated into another culture and seeing that the poorest people can still have the largest inner riches; money doesn't buy happiness...happiness is a perspective and a discipline, climbing on top of a 60-foot rock Cobra, living out of my car for 6 months, being chased by a bear in Alaska, holding a 7-year-old's hand during a painful medical procedure in a small clinic in the Peruvian Andes, drinking beer while wakeboarding, stealth camping in a cow pasture in El Chalten, Argentina for a month, climbing and standing on top of Half Dome in Yosemite Valley, and a last minute invite to an asado with 15 other Argentinans.
