ABOUT ME

I was taking off my suit that I paid too much money for one evening and something clicked: I didn't belong in an office, I belonged out in the world, exploring and learning. I left that office job three weeks later, put everything I owned in a storage locker and haven't looked back. What a ride. Details over coffee or a bottle of wine.

Everyone has a story, and it's too bad that most people listen to respond, rather than listen to understand.

I haven't had a chance to use this site to its fullest yet, but I am excited to surf or host as soon as I have a place to my own for long enough to know the good pubs and places for grub.

My partner and I hiked to the summit of a mountain overlooking Milford Sound in New Zealand. I still have that picture of the both of us, and because we are away from each other for long periods of time, it is my only non-electronic way to remember the amazing things we have. It makes that hike one of the most amazing things I have done or seen...
