Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

All because my good friend Yu WU (@allenwuyu in CS) and Cheng XIE , both of who are very enthusiastic...
Yu Wu is an English teacher, he met lots of foreign friends who participated in CS for a long time. And, just as his friends told him, he told me many interesting stories with so many funny guys by surfing and hosting.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

In August, 2011, two friends of mine and I traveled to Malaysia, and have the very first couchsurfing experience. Hadi , a very very nice brother, hosted us. when we arrived there at the midnight, he drived a long way to pick us up.
after coming back China, my friends and I decided to host travelers from all over the world.In the past several months, we have already hosted 4 travelers, all of who are very nice, and very good to get along with.
we talked about everything, sports, movies, cooking, etc, and I do learn a lot from that.
After that, in 2012, three friends of mine and I traveled to Greece. Digenis Daskalakis Giontis, a very nice guy hosted us in Athen for two days. we could see the whole city of Athen from his balcony. Unforgetable experience!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

2 years ago,when I graduated from graduate school, and started to work in an internet company, I decided to learn playing guitar. This January, I played guitar and sang songs before 400 people at the annual party of my company.
