我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

The more obvious reason is that I get to meet new interesting people, and get to see new places through the eyes of a local resident, a far superior experience than your average touristy tour. The other reason is that the whole concept of people trusting random strangers enough to let them into their home or the other way around, is beautiful. While not all couchsurfing experiences may be as wonderful as others, I believe there is something to be learnt from every experience and every host.

My interests are shamelessly nerdy; give me a good book and chai and i will be happily occupied for the next couple of hours. Being a repository of useless information, I am also an amateur quizzing and (unrelated) birding enthusiast. I love to sing, mostly to myself, which is more fun than it sounds, and can play exactly one song on the guitar, and badly, at that.
