ABOUT ME

Hi! My name is Aniela (pron. Ahn-yell-uh for you non Polish speakers!) and I come from the small, rather boring city of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. I'm currently living and working as an English teacher in Lublin, Poland. As a first post-graduation job it's not so bad, and I'd like to continue teaching and translating in the future :)

I am new to CouchSurfing, but I've only heard fantastic stories from my friends.

I love above all to learn new things about the world around me. Considering the fact that I have attempted to learn the Polish language for the last three years or so, I would say am very interested in literature, poetry, and language in general.

I also spent 15 years of my life in classical ballet training. I don't feel quite right when I'm not dancing to some music :)

I've seen Mt. Everest, experienced the famous Feria del Caballo in Jerez, and took part in the epic party that is Princeton Reunions. Making friends along the way, of course :)
