About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To make connection from one to another

ABOUT ME

I live in london now, It's not impossible to host, but since the flat is not really big, so It's possible some particular time. Let's just try it. Who knows.

I like to have a conversation about culture, people, technology, places, etc. I read non fiction books, but I love comics. I like slow traveling where I can enjoy watching people, talk about non sense stuff, making a joke, even so I will the one who laugh on it, and avoiding touristy place as much as I could.

PHILOSOPHY

to live is to understand.
to love is to compromise.
to work is to create a system.
to travel is to get out of system.
Let's get out of the system and compromise to new things, and get a better understanding.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I start couch surfing maybe around 3 years ago, can't remember exactly. I know the website from my friend, Thuke.
I host people few times back then when I was in Jakarta, because I have decent guest room. And addicted by doing it. I also surf few times when I was travelling across Europe in 2009. I met amazing people since then.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I found CS is very useful especially when I arrive in city like London. Making a connection to locals, other travellers has never been easier and less hassle. Plus people that ive met so far are very open minded and spontaneous (things that ive lost after working for many years in agency).

Teach, Learn, Share

Learn:
I met bunch of new people from different places and different background. These cool people teach me how to not to judge people based on their background, cultural, religion, race or even simple they appearance.
I learn how to encourage my self to start a conversation without feeling nervous, awkward and less dominant.
Teach:
I basically love to motivate people. I have tons of ideas, because that's what I do for living. I know advertising industry and creative software if you willing to learn about it.
Share:
I love when people share about how they see things and they opinion. And I like to grasp a good insight from them. Most of the time, great ideas are comming from new things that u find in ur daily life.
