****I’m just starting out on CouchSurfers, idk why I didn’t join years ago, 🤔, but a colleague of mine said she’s had so many good experiences on CS.
So I’m slowly trying to gather references, sorry I don’t have any yet. I fully understand those that want to see references in order to feel comfortable hosting/ meeting up.
What I can say is that I value giving and receiving respect and living a low-drama life. I care about creating peaceful space for myself and others.

I love sunshine and a good laugh, rolling waves, sipping a glass of water (I love water! Is that weird?), tea, wine, sour beer, or kombucha.

I say I’m a bad vegan 😄… Always dairy-free, not a big carnivore, but sometimes eat animal products

I am a deep thinker and my closest friends call me a deep cavern, which feels endearing. I like to see the world beyond the surface, go against the grain, go off the beaten path and take the road less travelled, I am passionate, yet calm and strategic and very genuine,

I’m a “retired” athlete ☺️ springboard diver- I competed in high school and university

I taught English to adult students at a language school in Baku, Azerbaijan when I was 19– a great feat because now I can say I had much to learn about myself at that time but all of my students passed their final exams, which means I did something (things) right

Teach, Learn, Share

I’m on a journey of learning Spanish and Arabic, I work in refugee resettlement and appreciate empowering those in transition to build a new life, and I enjoy sharing my growth in learning about this and sharing ideas about human migration, globalization, sustainability, climate, politics, etc. and how these things impact humanity and the globe.
