Hello! my name's April. Currently based in Asheville, NC, which is an offbeat-kind of town in Appalachia. I like to think of myself as a passionate person, always interested in new experiences and making genuine connections with people and nature. I spend my time teaching and learning outside (about ecology). I also like to dance, sing, be active (biking, running, hiking etc. etc.) and to make art.

I spent some time traveling alone in the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico and biked around to all the different cenotes I could find (look up cenotes if you don't know what they are!-absolutely magical)
