About Me
Hello!
I'm a quasi-entrepreneurial Masters graduate from Melbourne, Australia. My two personality-defining interests are books and animals. My strongest expression of these so far has been to publish a book and to get a job with a tangential animal aspect. I did both these things in 2016.
I'm currently living in London.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Mostly I attend events and meetups in the cities I visit, or look for people who are going to things I want to go to. I also surf when I'm only going to be in a city for one night but still want to get into it as much as possible. Hanging out with a local, even if it's only for a few hours, is by far the best way I found to do this.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've surfed in Germany and been to events across the UK and Europe.

I welcome recommendations with open arms, please and thank you.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I stayed up all night at Stonehenge with hundreds of other people and saw the sun rise between the stones on the morning of the summer solstice.

What I Can Share with Hosts
I aim for positive impacts only, in couch surfing and life in general. I'm not the best cook in the world but I have a few great vegetarian recipes up my sleeve and I can wash up with gusto.
I've picked up more than a few sweet travel tips since I left home that I'd be happy to share.
Currently I can talk at length about: books, publishing, bicycle tours and animals.
