I am April. I come from Maribor (Slovenia), studied in Ljubljana, Bologna and Catania and now returned to live in my home town again.

Back on couchsurfing after a really a long time! I used to couchsurf quite a lot around 5-10 years ago, before covid...
Now I am starting to explore opportunities as a dance teacher abroad and I will visit Berlin between 4.1.-16.1. for this reason.

As a dancer, choreographer and dance teacher, dance is a big part of my identity and my main reason to travel since teenage years.
I am also very interested in poetry (and words in general) and music. Been doing some collabs combining poetry and electronic music lately, loving it and being inspired a lot! Can rap sometimes if convinced. :)

Love cooking, most sports, reading, art movies, games, challenges, podcasts, adrenaline, night walks, researching abandoned buildings, walks in block areas, observing strange and funny details, being playfull and humorous, questioning, hearing interesting personal stories, sometimes a party with good quality music.

I write a cooking blog and have my own small clothing brand. :)

Interested in human toughness and vulnerability. Looking for authenticity, kindness and courage.

There is nothing more attractive than sparkles in the eyes!

When it comes to travelling I am not a very touristic type. I prefer feeling the place instead of only seeing it's surface. I like to walk around big cities without looking to the map, just following my nose. I love to just go to sit somewhere and observe the people, sometimes spontaniously meet some, go to some events... Love grafitti, small art shops, searching for best icecream or cheescake.
