Overview
About Me
Have passion for learning about new cultures and a definite enthusiasm for food.
With a weak spot for international dancing, NY bagels, red wine and chocolate chip cookies, I'm excited to meet new people and experience new places.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
With one suitcase and grand aspirations, I've recently carpooled to New York from Miami, Florida. Simply looking for a small corner to sleep in from generous people around NY until I build a foundation in this crazy, awesome place.
Once I have place, I look forward to hosting people from all around the world and sharing in our respective life adventures.
Interests
Love food, culture and corny jokes (honestly, the cheesier the better).
I can play the ukulele, apply henna, bake breads (beer, banana, roti) and various sweets (cookies, muffins, crepes).
Enjoy cooking various curries, potatoes, tacos, rice, guacamole, chicken and anything with plantains (maduros, mangu, tostones).
Other fun activities include Super Smash Brothers, yoga, football, wine drinking, tea drinking and Netflix.

Teach, Learn, Share
I've done some training in the past for youth leadership development, organizational culture and sales.
Always ready to share a corny joke.
Regular consumer of Ted talks and fascinated by entrepreneurial and innovative subject matters.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm down to hang out with, adventure with, teach, converse and/or learn from anyone willing to host me.
I enjoy listening to other people's lives, whether it's previous rough patches, glorious achievements, future ambitions, hopes, dreams, fears, you name it.
Lastly, I'm always ready to make a hearty breakfast full of eggs, pancakes, mangu, eggy in a basket, etc.
