I enjoy traveling and meeting people from different cultures. I am happy with my life and love to meet people who share the same enthusiasm for life as me -- that is why I am on this website!

PHILOSOPHY

I dedicate myself to aiming for perfection in everything I do, while fully accepting that I will never achieve perfection in anything that I do.

I believe that happiness lies in simply making the sincere effort toward perfection, and that is how I have chosen to live my life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have my couch available to those souls who need it. When I host people, I try to learn as much about them as possible.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My favourite couchsurfing experience so far has been the Cologne Carnival 2006. Around 25 of us were surfing together in a parish building. All of this was organized by the legendary Ulf Kleinings, and it was the wildest time of my life!

Another great experience was when I stayed with a family in Neumarkt, Southern Germany, for around 4 days. The town was so small that it did not even have a hotel! Over the time I spent there, I managed to get to know the family, and they turned out to be really warm and nice. We managed to communicate even though we did not know each others language. The whole experience of being there and bonding with them was very special and would not have happened if not for couchsurfing.

I specialize in a style of mathematics called the 'Calculational Style' . Our subject is about the development of clean thinking habits. It is about developing the capacity to solve difficult problems in a nice manner. It is about learning to become a more effective thinker. If you stay with me for even a single night, I can help you understand the fundamentals of our style so that, should it interest you, you have a foundation from where you can make your own investigations and begin to economize your own thinking.
