ABOUT ME

i live in Istanbul. i am pilates teacher and swim trainer. i used to work at bank as an officer till in 2006. when i was 33 years old, i decided to resign from the bank to become a coach. Courage is my motto in life. The others are; respect, goodness, awareness, modesty, charity and humourness. i like to meet foreign people to learn different cultures.
Now here is the advertisement; i was a swimmer in the past. i have 5 national records and many gold medals from age 10, 11, 12... years. i know very well the sense of achievement and failure at the same time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

my nephew is autistic and hearing impaired at the same time. he is 24 years old. he lives in Berlin, Germany. That's the one amazing thing in my life. because i have learned so many from him. Thank you my angel Kaan.

i can make session of pilates. I actually can do a session together. i can teach swimming and how to get breath in and out, perform reiki, holistic massage, meditation.communicate about spiritual growth and personal development. i can comment on the astrology map.
