ABOUT ME

I am a student of life, a musician, an anthropologist, and thrill seeker. I'm currently on a mission to have many new experiences and meet many types of people. I have been playing instruments since I was 5. I have an AS of Music and a BA of Anthropology. I love exploring, and enjoy much intellectual, spiritual, and physical stimulation. I love body boarding and surfing! Surfing allows me to do all three at once, learn about the ocean, connect with nature, and exercise. My goal in life is to live completely self sustainably as nature intended. I am no longer driven by the material incentive perpetuated in my culture. Money and other "stuff" holds no real value in my life. My priorities are personal happiness, and my family and friends. Life is short and I don't want to waste it away working to buy things I don't need to survive and be happy. I want to be a guardian for the planet, reducing my ecological footprint as much as possible. I only wish to survive on what I need and put back what I take.

PHILOSOPHY

What goes around comes around, love thy neighbor, treat others as you want to be treated (this includes the earth!), we are all connected to our planet and one another, life is short so don't sweat the small stuff. Live, learn, laugh, and love. Take pride in every thing you do. Its not over till its over!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have surfed the couches of friends and family across the USA and have allowed them to do the same. My current living situation doesn't accommodate hosting, but as soon as that changes I will welcome visitors as I would like to be welcomed, happily!

Interests

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Swam with wild spinner dolphins in Hawaii and body boarding 10ft waves in less than one week of learning how to body board.

I can teach and share about music and anthropology. as well as many other things. I want to learn everything I don't already know and expound upon my knowledge of things already learned.
