I am Ara, all around type of person. Hands on with healing and a handy man. I have grown up in Los Angeles, born in Brooklyn, and travelled a ton with work and for, well, Life. The world is ours to see and enjoy, at least in my ideology. I am a Certified Massage Therapist since 2001 and going strong. HEALinMIND.com is my company I set up in 2009 and have taken it around the globe, as long as I have my strength! I also grew up in the LA music scene from 1993 at the age of 13 and still involved a bit, as we can not control what our hearts feel sometimes.
