I'm starting to learn Korean so if anyone can help me with learning more about the Korean culture and language, I'd be grateful!

ABOUT ME

I moved to Antwerp with my boyfriend a couple of years ago and I'm still getting used to living here, but it's been great so far, especially when it comes to food.
I love travelling, listening to music, meeting new people and learning new things everyday of my life.
I guess I like studying; I studied translation and interpreting studies in Bogazici University, Istanbul and then I did a research master in language and communication in Tilburg University and also obtained my PhD in culture studies. I'm currently a lecturer in a university of applied sciences.
I have been to Finland as an exchange student and from then on I have started travelling. I was also an exchange student in Brussels. Until I discovered CS I have visited places that I have friends to stay with but now thanks to CS I am discovering a whole new face of travelling and going to places where I do not have a friend, at least not yet ;)

Interessen

Learning new languages, meeting new people, cycling, swimming, listening to music and going to loads of concerts, reading (mostly fiction), swinging (as in playground swings) and enjoying the good life (food and drinks). Also did some capoeira, rock climbing, paragliding, skydiving.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I have seen northern lights in a cold dark january night by a frozen lake above the Arctic Circle in Finland and it was such a breath-taking, unbeliavable sight that I got scared
