They say the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, and thanks to my mother I was fortune enough to be start travelling at a very young age and have loved it from the word go—especially those parts of the world that are often overlooked. There is a duality in my travel loves: On the one hand, I love to be out in the wilderness, hiking in the hills in Wanaka or snowboarding in Norway, with my camera and the fresh air. On the other hand, I love the intense bustle and culture of a foreign city, be it the crowded streets of Tokyo or the spirited bazaars of Iran, just immersing myself in the variety of vibrant human life. Im always looking for the next place to experience and new people to meet (Be warned: I will ask you many questions!). My partner of five years, Jason, and I were living in Leuven, Belgium for the past two years but have just recently moved to Munich, Germany where he's just started his PhD and I am working in a biotech company. So far we have travelled to twenty countries together and cant wait to add to this number. I am a happy, fun and inquisitive person who loves to talk, but doesn't like to be in the spotlight. Im super interested in exploring what you have to show me and find out about your home. To cut a long story short, I am still trying to discover who I am but for the moment I am just loving the journey.

兴趣

For the most part, I don't like to sit around and waste the day; preferring to be active through hiking, yoga, or snowboarding and scuba diving (when the opportunity arises). If I am inside you will usually find me searching for the next place to visit and trying to track down cheap flights, or looking up exotic cooking recipes for Jason and I to try out, or watching some weird and wonderful documentary. You will discover that I am approachable and have an almost endless fascination for almost everything. When travelling, my camera is never far away however I don't often take too many photos unless I feel it's really the shot, the money picture. My music taste is quite varied, from folk to indie to ska and, lately, even a bit of ambient-electronic.
