I am writing a book about (mis)adventures in Ethiopia that is going to reinvigorate and transcend the travel writing genre. Think Typee mixed with Une Saison en Enfer and a dash of Gonzo.

ABOUT ME

I am a pretty big reader with an 'anything goes' sense of humor (the more deranged and ridiculous, the better). I tend to be pretty organized, get along with people the way chameleons get along with colors, and have a world view that alternates between deeply cynical and very curious. Politically speaking, I am a classic liberal.
