ABOUT ME

Me? What can i say? I'm above all, curious... of people (the most nonsensical creature in the world), cultures, music, arts, photography, design, cinema, enviromental and social problems, wine and spirits, cousine, politics..everything! Do you think all this is too much? Maybe but that's me... I hate falsity and hypocrisy and i really believe that travelling is a mean of knowledge of your inner self and the world, of course..
someone says i'm totally crazy but.. who knows what madness is...

Recently a Spanish friend told me: "Tu vida siempre será un conflicto entre Heráclito (el movimiento) y Parménides (lo estable), así que no te tomes demasiado en serio"... he defined me as a mix between Heraclitus and Parmenides..:-)

Travel and talk to people are fundamental to grow as a human being.
That's why I strongly believe in CS project. You will never know a place better than a local... and what local? People are different, everyone has it's own story, nature and his way to live. So.. the most people you meet the more you learn, experience, test yourself.
That's why I'm always happy to know new people!

My nature is definitely social and I've always loved to make new friends and be helpful to people either with simple info or helping them in various ways..
Unfortunately I often cannot host guys dued to my job (when I work for events I never know when I come back in the night and neither if I am at home, so it's hard to coordinate with people!), beside I don't live alone at home and my mate wants his privacy.

Nevertheless I'll be happy to meet you (once i'm in town) and show you around, invite you to have dinner or lunch or just for a coffe... ASK ASK ASK PEOPLE!

Thanks to an old dusty degree in History of art and cinema, I'm here to give you all as much info i can about Italy and the cities i know at my best (Rome and all tuscany towns)... So, I can teach you something! :-)
Not only: ask me whataver from night life to cultural events, from politics to the best means of transports or cheap places to eat or recipes as well!

I am a great chef (people say) and food lover, thus I can teach you!
I'm as well, an amateur photographer and art&cinema addicted!

I used to Coachsurf before this website was born!
Plenty of friends around the world and friends or friends and hundreds connections.. I'm used to host since years! I've always travelled abroad and lived in Uk, Spain, Netherlands...

Movies?? I'm cinema addicted..festival goer..can watch 6 movies per day and more having time! But... belive me.. I'm not the type "I can only watch the last Jordanian movie!" ... In life I guess you have to experience everything and then choose what you like and not.. but... everthing gives you something..

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

mmm... Everyone has his own special moments... What's special? Everytime i feel something strong, i am surprised by a person, a scent or smell, a place... every single fragment is unique... and cannot be explained... I could tell you lots of stories... Live isn't better? :-)
