I don't want to same sound like the other description. I find each and every being interesting the way they are. I don't read books for me people are like books. That's a very beautiful feeling to read, learn and experience from so many good books out there 😀

I was kind of fitness freak tried out all the maximum in terms diet, exercises, techniques and so on.

Fat to fit Journey: 95kgs to 70Kgs in 6 Months.
Tested and trier many diets methods from Keto, Paleo, only Non vegetarian, only vegetarian, Only vegan, Ayurvedic.

Did a dry fast one week i.e. no food or water.

Practised different types of training from traditional power training, calisthenics, Karate, Yoga.

So after all that I set back and complete back into yoga with simple take it easy life.
