ABOUT ME

I'd describe myself with a Filipino attitude: Bahala na, which evokes the thought of "come what may" or "Whatever will be, will be".

I did some studies in forest biology, but consider other forms of learning as important, or even more important than those studies.

In the last years, I have crossed the Atlantic sea and have landed in Brittanny, the West part of France. There I have discovered a passion for sailing, the beauty of living close to the sea and its tides and have met great people who enjoy living together and thrive for a sustainable, alternative and respectful way of living.

I think myself as a open-minded, curious and joyful person. I like to think that I try to adopt an alternative way of living and philosophy; ie. I find it important to defend feminist, LGBT, peasants and biodiversity issues.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am on CS because it is one of the best ways to meet new people in places you are not familiar. I seek to learn and share when meeting new folks.

J'ai fait du CouchSurf durant mon voyage à vélo de Montréal jusqu'à New Carlisle, en Gaspésie, durant deux semaines, en septembre 2012. Durant cette aventure, j'ai fait la connaissance de personnes extraordinaires et inspirantes.

In September 2012, I biked from Montreal to New Carlisle, in Gaspesie, for two weeks, where I was able to CouchSurf everyday. CouchSurfing helped me meet amazing and inspiring people! My first couchsurfing experience was in St. John's, Newfoundland, where I stayed with some pretty cool kids for a week.
