ABOUT ME

We ride cruiser bikes to work, enjoy pizza every Monday and Bomb's Away(funky Mexican food) every Friday. Other than that, we try to be unpredictable. We like to spend our time sea kayaking, wine tasting, and traveling, but also enjoy what our small town has to offer - hikes/runs in the forest, Saturday farmer's market, and dinner in our neighbor's back yard. We don't have children. We don't smoke. We do have a 17 pound cat that is "big boned" - not fat!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far we have hosted an interesting couple who will bike from Newport, Oregon to San Francisco, CA. What a great experience. We hope to couchsurf soon in Barcelona.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Watching a lighting storm from our kayaks at midnight on the canoe trail of Klamath Lake. Climbed five state highpoints in three days. Running the 10 waterfall loop trail at Silver Falls. Experiencing the power of a big storm on the Oregon coast. Running the Cape Perpetua trail in the middle of a thunderstorm. Powder skiing at Heather Canyon after a two week snowstorm.

And to top it all - Lori hitchhiked from Morocco to Norway 20 years ago. The world was a little different back then? The good thing is now there's couch surfing!
