I'm from Wisconsin, USA and I have waited entirely too long to travel abroad. Now that I've been to Rome for an international school program, I want to stay in Europe and travel as much as I can, meeting as many new people as I can.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

During the great volcan-ocalypse of Spring 2010, we put up some stranded travelers in our Rome apartment while studying abroad. It was a great experience, and I'm eager to have the chance again!

Movies...there really are too many to list. My most recent list of favorites include Romanzo Criminale, Avatar, Sherlock Holmes, and the latest Star Trek adaptation.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Amazing things...well so far, I'm still so amazed by the sheer age and layers of history in Rome. Just trying to imagine what this city looked like so many years ago is overwhelming, but incredible.

I like to think that I have a good knowledge of photography and music, but I know that no matter how much one thinks he knows, there are always many more people who can teach him more.
