Meeting new people is just as important a part of travelling to me as seeing a new place, and Couchsurfing is a really cool way of making connections with people and getting a different perspective on a place you're visiting. Also, like, let's be honest, the fact that it's free doesn't hurt ;)

Music, Movies, and Books

My music taste is all over the place, but you'll most often find me listening to indie rock, pop and electronic things. My film knowledge can be described as shoddy at best, but I'm trying to work on being slightly less useless! Book-wise, Nordic noir is a safe bet.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travelling tends to throw up all sorts of awesome experiences, from hitchhiking across Europe to swimming in a waterfall in Bosnia to driving the ring road around the whole of Iceland. Too difficult to choose just *one* amazing thing!
