About Me

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I visit a place, I don't like to be a stranger. When I stay in hotels, I feel isolated from the local culture. By using Couchsurfing, I intend to get new friends from all around the world and learn new things from them.
I believe Couchsurfing is not only about sharing your couch, but also about sharing a part of your life. Both sides will give some things to each other and both sides will gain something from this newly formed friendship. I hope my new friends on Couchsurfing will help me to be socialised into the cultures of the countries/cities I visit.

Interests

Science! Mostly biology. Specifically neuroscience.
Books! A vide range from philosophy, anthropology, science to fantasy.
Music! I am open to any type of song which is good. But preferably rock, jazz, blues, classical and metal. I play electric guitar and piano. I am also learning drums.
Sports! I used to play volleyball professionally and do gymnastics. Nowadays, I do yoga, zumba, pilates, running, martial arts, whatever I find available really.
I also enjoy classical art. I often go to galleries and sometimes attempt to draw.
