I'm a student, an artist and a writer. Most of my life I did a lot of fine art stuff: drawing, painting, clay. When I went to art school I got into glass. I studied glassblowing at RISD for a little while. Now I'm taking some time off from that to just travel and cultivate my other creative inclinations, mostly my writing and some sketching. I'm hoping that travel will help me to learn and grow and give me insights about the world and myself, and will feed my creative inquiry.

I love being around creative people, the arts, and I'm drawn to eccentricity. I want to meet people who have different and fascinating ways of seeing, and I want to go new places. I love sharing and discussing my art and other people's art, and discussing what it's like to be alive and a human being. I'm interested in learning about how other people have learned to be human beings in this world, because however that is, it always unique.
