About Me

Hi! I am an artist in, of, for, from life. I am fascinated by humans, nature, and the world.

I created (and am still adding to) my own list of fascinating, bizarre questions for both of us to start an extraordinary conversation. I am always down for a deep conversation!

I graduated from a college that traveled to a different country and city each semester. I’ve been traveling for the most part of my adult life and have yet to be in one place for more than a few months—that’s why I’m not able to be a host yet (even though I really want to!). I definitely will open my home to you when I settle down!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to live non-capitalistically, where we share, barter, and engage in alternative lifestyles. And I love making genuine connections with other human beings—it just so happens that I have met nothing less than amazing people on couchsurfing.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: Fight Club, About Time, Begin Again, Soul, Tshick, Landscape in the Mist, Pleasantville
Books: The Moon and Sixpence, Keep the River on Your Right, Zen is Right Here, Little Weirds, Unflattening, Persepolis, any of Tagore’s poetry collections
I keep a running list of all the movies and books I have seen/read, my favorites, and others' recommendations. Maybe we can swap lists!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived with a Tibetan family for 20 days. It snowed in May. I ate fresh yogurt, and it is the best food I have ever had. I cleansed my soul. Then I went home to learn to make clothes on a sewing machine from my grandma.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach me anything. I would love to learn anything. How to build a boat. Cooking experiments. Astrology. Cool drumming rhythms.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Chinese cuisine for your stomach. Paintings and drawings for your wall. Songs I wrote, if you have a guitar. And last but not least, stories!

Countries I’ve Visited

France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Morocco, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, Uruguay

Countries I’ve Lived In

Argentina, China, Germany, South Korea, Spain, Taiwan, United States
