Hi!

I'm a 20 year old german/american business student traveling the world one step at a time.
Since my dad's from Germany I grew up here and now live in Cologne but since my moms family lives in southern California I hang out round there a lot too!

I enjoy having meaningful conversations with people no matter who they are.
I would describe myself as very tolerant towards different opinions as I believe that that is what makes us unique.
Be it moral, religious or political I will listen to your standpoint - probably argue mine - but accept yours as well.
(p.s - I do particularly enjoy political discussions)

When I'm not learning about macroeconomics (my favorite subject) or math (my least favorite one ... obviously) I coach Allstar Cheerleading, go to the gym, plan my next adventure or read a good ol' book on my balcony or sleep.
Even though I keep busy, sleeping is one of my favorite things to do.

To potential hosts:
I am very low maintenance and basically only need a roof over the head. I have slept on floors before and I would do it again. I can always offer to teach you a little bit of German or American Sign Language (which I am learning atm) and also offer to bring original German Haribo (Gummibears). In the unlikely event that you want to learn a back handspring or back tuck I'll also be able to help/spot you.

To potential Surfers:
Since I live in Cologne (a very touristy area) I get a lot of requests. I'm very sorry if I don't answer - I try my best to accept/decline requests on time. However if I do have the time to do so I can offer you a bed (I have a couch which unfolds), however sine I only live in a one bedroom studio it will be in the same area my bed is in. If you want more privacy I would recommend looking for a different host. However. I don't snore (at least I don't think I do). You might occasionally hear me type on my phone (only when my nails are long will you hear the clicking) but that's about it. I can sleep with or without light so if you need the light on (totally relatable, I went through years of being horrified of the dark) I won't judge you and leave it on.

Every sort of music. I'll rock out to Queen, rap along with Eminem and fall hopelessly in love with James Blunt everytime he comes on the radio.
Movie wise I prefer more girly movies and books .. well books are amazing. I love reading and don't have a specific genre.

I'll teach you how to curse in German and Sign Language. Also as mentioned I can alwas teach you a back handspring or backtuck given that you have the athletic ability and aren't too tall for me to spot.
