I'm Ardi, a student of computer science at Zagreb. Apart from IT, i loooove talking about all types of art (movies, series, music, paintings). If you like watching mind-blowing movies and series, we will have a lot to talk about! :D

Apart from movies, im interested in rock music from all eras, 90's house, deep house, disco, ambient music. I can show you places with such music in Zagreb so you can discover the fun side of Zagreb too!

Since I've been living in Zagreb 6 years as a student, I'm quite familiar with epic restaurants and pubs. I can show u around the best place to eat and drink in Zagreb, and for a cheap price! :D

My other interests include: pub quiz&trivia, fun facts, collecting postcards from all over the world and from all eras, books, brainstorming about mind-blowing topics, cactus plants, animals (especially exotic), nature, sea etc.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've fallen in love with travelling during my Erasmus. When I got back to Zagreb, I continued being involved in Erasmus events and meeting people from around Europe and world because I like spending time in international environment and hear about other cultures, cuisines, traditions and ways of thinking.

Many times I've met foreigners who were in Zagreb for a longer time or just for a day, and showed them the great croatian hospitality by showing them around the city, telling stories, and going for food&drinks at marvelous places in Zagreb,

I would like to continue to do that here in Zagreb and also explore couchsurfing hosts in other cities, since I like to travel and experinece the city from locals' point of view. :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've met a local from Milano, Italy in an ossuary where we discussed questions about life and death. After that he joined me the free walking tour which was led by his friend. In the end it turned out that this man was a niece from a famous Italian painter whose works are visible in Novecento museum.
