I have a 2 bedroom house with a back yard and a fairly large basement. I have no children, but do have 2 cats and 2 dogs. The cats stay in the basement and the dogs - both hypoallergenic - reside upstairs. They are both pictured in my photos. The big white fluffball is a Samoyed and is now 9. The smaller dog is a Havanese and is 6. I live in a fairly decent neighborhood that has a few food/coffee/entertainment options. However, I am ~10 minutes from downtown (one street all the way in) and are ~20 minutes from Broad Ripple, which will have everything else you desire. Close proximity to north side and Fountain Square as well.

I'm up for almost anything, typically, though, my week consists of work, taking the dogs on walks, getting out to see a movie, going to a park, biking around the city, visiting a brewery, heading to a concert, and figuring what type of tiki drink I enjoy best.

I am a huge fan of Indianapolis. We don't have beaches or mountains, but we have several favorites for cocktails and restaurants if in town overnight, and if you want to attend a sporting event, let me know. We have hockey, basketball, baseball at both the professional and collegiate levels. I'd be more than happy to look into tickets for you.

Consider the house yours when in town. There are also close cities nearby that are within driving distance that are very fun day get-aways (Bloomington, for example).

I like to travel, but hate having to pay big $ to stay somewhere, mostly for the fact that I like to be out of the hotel/airbnb as much as possible. Additionally, it's always nice to get to know someone from the area for their local expertise, which hopefully we could provide.

I like all kinds of music, and attend concerts at all types of venues. I love all types of movies, but enjoy comedies, indie, horror, and dramas the most. I don't read many books, but enjoy reading blogs all day. I used to write for a few baseball blogs. Favorite book is Moneyball.
