I am a 25-year-old medical student currently living in Kerman, and I am deeply passionate about psychology, mental health, and personal development. Alongside my medical training, I try to maintain healthy routines such as Pilates, meditation, reading psychology books—especially works by Irvin Yalom—and improving my English skills.
