Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I was looking for meeting ppl like me, who like travelling and adventures. In couchsurfing I get it.
For the time being, only surfing or meeting people in the places I visit.
Now I'm in a pause of travelling, so I'm staying at Lima waiting and preparing myself for the next adventure.

Interests

I am interested in hanging out with nice people, travel around the world and help others.

Current interests. Learn surfing (it's my first wish for this year), improve my diving skills and getting dive master certified (in a no far future), learn some knowledge of sailing. And in fact, know more Caribbean Islands!

I want to have time for writing. I'm on my own searching of inspiration sources.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music:
classical, progressive rock, electronic, indie, persian, country. I'm open-minded to know new music.

European cinema, for comedies French and German; for drama East European cinema.
Favorite directors. Lars von Trier, Wes Anderson, Tarantino.
Sometimes I like to watch easy-movies of American cinema.

About books, i have preferences for Latin american authors as Borges, Fuentes, Vallejo and Cortazar. About fiction Tolkien and Bradbury are my favorite ones. Adventures and travelers books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was living for 3 months in a remote research station in the Amazon. No water, no meat, no bed, non Skype. I got hundreds of ticks and chiggers. Also, I had my first night meeting with a big caiman (5 meters). I used to swim in a lake with thousands of piranhas, a family of giant otters and at least 120 caimans. I hiked in trails with jaguars and pumas looked at me.

Diving on the Caribbean at night with bio luminescent plankton, was my Avatar scene.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach Spanish language, literature, history, music of my country.
I want to learn new languages and new hobbies like climbing, surf, yoga, playing the guitar.
I can share, stories, places, cooking ideas, moments...

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my Peruvian cooking abilities, and teaching you kind of grat Peruvian dishes.
I have a lot of stories for telling, some of my Amazon trip. Sharing moments is the best ever.
