ABOUT ME

I'm Canadian and I like music and dancing. I am 27 years old and I have a perpetually positive, outgoing, up-for-anything attitude. I prefer nice experiences over nice things. I prefer bars/public drinking over clubs. I prefer ecologies over economies.

My political views lean towards the left but I am not one to judge others. Show me around and/or let me crash and/or introduce me to someone interesting... and I will be forever grateful. I'll buy you a drink!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Over the past year, while living in Prague, I've checked out quite a few CS meetups. Hosted a few dinners at my old place in Prague in 2008 and 2009. Looking forward to hosting once I head back to Canada this summer.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I dressed up like Santa Claus at a CouchSurfing Christmas party once... That was pretty awesome. Drunk Santa. I guess some people found that pretty memorable.

At the time of writing this (June 09), I am surfing for the first time with a wonderful Croatian girl, Mirela, and it has turned out to be a marvelous experience. She's a like-minded gracious host who loves life and has convinced me to stay for an extra day of drinking and relaxing on the beach with her excellent friends. The CS system really is a brilliant idea, I can't wait to reciprocate this hospitality once I settle in somewhere again.

Interests
