I am a recent graduate of Penn State University, where I studied International Politics. I have had a passion for traveling since I visited Europe when I was 14, and I have been traveling as much as I can ever since.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I don't have a couch to offer right now, but I love using the site to meet new people wherever I go and find fun things to do.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm really new to this, and I haven't really done anything but go to events put together by couchsurfers. Said events were extremely fun, and I am very happy I found such a wonderful community.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

I'll listen to almost any type of music other than country. Not the biggest movie buff, though I regard Star Wars as sacred (Original Trilogy only, of course). I've read all sorts of books, though I don't particularly have a favorite.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I have been fortunate enough to have done many amazing things. I lived in a tent in the Transylvanian countryside for five months, dealing with monstrously huge swarms of mosquitos, one nighttime raid by a bear, and several nighttime raids by angry gypsies. I once went clubbing in Spain until it was daylight, then promptly ate breakfast at an outdoor cafe before spontaneously taking part in a protest (see profile picture). I've gone cliff-diving in Malta, snorkeled in the Great Barrier Reef, watched the sun rise over the Sahara Desert, and made so many wonderful friends through it all. And I have much, much more to do.
