Overview
About Me
I'm an American living abroad in Denmark - have lived in Copenhagen for about 6 years.
I have a background in science but have been on a path questioning what's most important in life, and have spent the past several year focusing more on yoga and meditation.
I have an interest in communal, participatory living and am fascination by burner communities, ecovillages, collectives, communes and all the like. I hope to one day live in a place that's healing for the people in it and the land around it.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I dream of a world where people are more caring and connected. I've lived in collectives, been a bit involved in burner groups and in general prefer to connect in a more personal way rather than participating in a big economy. For me, travelling to new places is not about consuming sights and food, its more about the feeling of what life is like in another place. I love to be able to do that through meeting people who live there, and are willing to let me step into their reality for a couple of days!
