CURRENT MISSION

I have created a Women's Healing and Empowerment Event, and Movement, called Women Breaking Plates. I am currently bringing this event to Los Angeles to reach more women. Look up the website to learn more about it and see pictures! www.womenbreakingplates.com

The message is that we can break free of the old traumas in our lives, let it go, stand tall, and heal. The event is a super cool, interactive, cathartic experience that is fun and healing.

ABOUT ME

I have spent the last 18 years of my life seeking, finding and creating positivity and freedom. I believe we are awakening to the beauty within ourselves more each day and I enjoy sharing this possibility with others! I teach classes in non-judgment, inner freedom, how to release the limited reality and the beauty of just being You. I have also been a massage therapist for 15 years and I absolutely love it!

(I use to go by the name Stephanie ) It is an awesome story how I came to change my name. I look forward to sharing that with you.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Learning Thai Massage in Thailand was amazing and fun!

Out of years of searching high and low for the meaning of this life, the most pertinent and powerful realization I have had is that we all have an inner guidance system that will lead our being in an ever expanding and generative direction if we will listen to it. We were raised to listen to everyone else's opinion and point of view of how this life "should" be done instead of being told to listen to our own inner guidance. Everywhere I go I follow this inner knowing that is beyond my thoughts and I continuously flow through this reality harmoniously.
