About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I'm a young sport journalist from Mexico. For the past years I've been quite focused on my work, since I'm a responsible person, but that doesn't make me boring: I love traveling, knowing new people and getting close to their cultures.
ABOUT ME
I love traveling, seeing what's outside, and forgetting about every kind of non-sense taboos by knowing things my self and creating my own idea about life out there.
I should say I'm responsible, quite perfectionist, but only when it comes to work. Besides that, I always enjoy a nice talk, a dance (specially salsa), a walk, a travel (of course), the beach, the mountain, company, solitude...
Traveling is one of my passions. I haven't been able to do it as much as I want, but I'm on my way to forget a little bit about work and start living this passion.
I love languages, and I like to learn words or phrases in several langs, as much as I can.
PHILOSOPHY
I think being that part of being rational, consists on a balance between being taking chances and being conscious of those chance's risks. Anyway, I don't want to get old without having accomplished a big repertory of interesting and exciting stories and experiences to share.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I still have a lot to do and see, but for now I can say I saw different faces of South Africa when I was a reporter in the past World Cup. For instance, we met the guy who invented Makarapa (that peculiar hat south africans use at soccer matches), we did a report about him, and found out that some white guy was fooling him and created a huge company to sell thousands of this products all over the tournament.
There I also knew the wealthy places, but in the other hand, I got depressed by watching all the needs they have in some of the poorest communities of the world.
I was part of a group of journalist from different countries (Ghana, Uganda, Mexico, Syria, Vietnam, Bhutan, Kenia, South Africa, Germany and Tanzania). All of us received a scholarship from Deutsche-Welle (german TV chain), to study a Journalism Diploma for a couple of months. That experience was so enriching and I will never forget it.
And one of the most amazing things I see every year, is our long summer, cause I live in a Mexican desert. Sometimes temperatures rise over 50 Celsius Degrees, under the shadow!!! :S That is amazing, it is something that test your survival skills.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love foreign languages, and love learning them. So, when I see someone who obviously looks foreign, I'm the first one who wants to start a conversation!
I love learning from sports people, always learn something from their experiences and goals.
I also enjoy learning different dancing styles like salsa, samba, mexican folk dance, cumbia, merengue, bachata, etc.
I used to teach french, and I wouldn't mind teaching Spanish or English.
I love sharing culture, ideas, dreams and I'm even open to share emotions.
